About Food Trucks for Families

Food Trucks For Families was founded with the sole purpose of helping and supporting the local charities and families of Central Florida that are truly in need. It is our mission to partner with local businesses, and organizations to set up monthly food truck events to benefit a specific charity or family.

Food Trucks For Families is comprised of 20 of the best food trucks in Central Florida. We have committed to donate a minimum of 10% of all total sales for each event, and ask that our business partners match our donation. This will allow us to donate 20% of all total sales! In addition, we will donate our unsold food to a local food bank to nourish homeless men, women and children of their local community.

Food Trucks For Families recognizes the need in our community and wants to make a difference!


Interested in Hosting an Event?

Who Can Host An Event?
- Church, School, Charity, YMCA, Goodwill etc. Any business, city, town or non-profit interested in helping the community.
What is required from your business ?
- Location, Location, Location, Lighting, Space for trucks to park, Space for customers to park, Restrooms, Group to market to, Marketing tools, Tables/chairs, Entertainment (optional)
What do our Trucks Provide?
- Self Contained Operation, Tables/Seating, Power and water supply, Quality Food Service, Trash receptacles, COI- Certificate of Insurance naming you as the additionally insured, 10% of sales to a charity or local family, contribution at the end of the event to a local food bank.
How do we determine who is helped ?
- Need is identified and validated, Charity or need of family must be reviewed and approved by Food Trucks For Families, Requirements must be met
How do we help ?
- Cash will not be given, Helping a family- we will pay the bills directly (ie; mortgage, electric, groceries, gift cards, etc), Charities - will be reviewed to see how much $$$ goes to the cause vs the admin costs. If approved 10% of food truck sales go to the charity, Accountability
Can you help ?
- Yes, Agree to have an event and help the community, Your business will be recognized as helping
the community, You will have monthly traffic to your location .
